Course objectives:

DNS functional tests to assess individuals with scoliosis and body asymmetry.

Hands-on workshop to refine manual skills when working with  patients with asymmetry.

Review of saggital stabilisation, kids/adults optimal posture, sports performance.

Disturbance of saggital stabilisation in child hood, adult hood & in athletes.

Corrective exercise for individuals with scoliosis based on DNS and reflex locomotion.

Clapp crawling –advanced variations.

Asymmetry in adulthood, athletes – hands-on workshop – active exercises in advanced RL positions (modifications of RTII, III, hanging position).

Review of corrective exercises based on the DNS functional tests and  developmental positions (modifications of exercises in higher developmental positions – tripod, bear, squat, half kneeling, step up).
