Course objectives Sports & Fitness Courses
Additional running specific objectives:
Running biomechanics review, new aspects – distance running features
Uphill, downhill running biomechanics
Global movement patterns – stabilization pattern, locomotion patterns – principles applicable for runners
Running analysis with respect of individual morphological biomechanical aspects
Running cadence vs. individual running biomechanics – what is optimal
Preps, stretching and coordination DNS exercises for runners utilization ipsilateral and/or contralateral global or partial patterns modifications
Pelvis, hip, knee, foot post injuries specific training for runners.
Prague School Registration Fee
Trainers, coaches, body work therapists, exercise physiologists & kinesiologists and clinicians who took at least one DNS course previously

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.
The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.
Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
