Course Objectives:

 

There will be a short review of DNS. The emphasis will be on the DNS principles which are most important to follow during the gym work-out, as well as the classes at the gym such as mat-based workout and circuit training. 

 

Why it is important to focus on the DNS principles with pre-stretch exercises, and how to incorporate the most used positions (squat, push ups, 3 month model modifications with loading etc.) in circuit training, mat class and finally why and how of the cool down. 

 

The emphasis will be on creating a protocol, how to build a lesson with focus to back, 
shoulder and hip during the class. The weekend will be active, there will be only short 
theoretical presentations with most of the weekend focusing on practice, self-practice as well as group work creating a protocol and how to teach the principles to class participants and patients.

PS Registration Fee: 100 EUR (The price includes the VAT of the payer's country.)

Prague School registration fee helps to support DNS scientific activities, to collect new video/photo material, to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities, to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
