Course objectives Sports & Fitness Courses


Besides Standard DNS Exercise II course objectives the following topics will be coverd:


1. Review of developmental kinesiology in the context of adult optimal posture, sports performance, global motor patterns and the relationship to enhancing outcomes in sport and human movement.
2. Demonstrate exercises in higher developmental positions – tripod, bear, squat, lunge, step up and its modifications & training of body awareness.
3. Demonstrate exercises utilizing the principles of developmental kinesiology with elastic bands,barbells, weights, and the gymball
4. DNS exercises for rehabilitation and prevention of the most common injuries in the basketball and throwing athlete.
5. DNS exercise recommendation for performance enhancement of the basketball and throwing athlete.
6. Manual treatment and mobility exercises from the developmental perspective.
7. Integration of the contra, ipsi, and homologous patterns as they pertain to the basketball and throwing athlete. 
8. Biomechanical principles applied to the basketball and throwing athlete

PS Registration Fee: 80 EUR

Prague School registration fee helps

to support DNS scientific activities,

to collect new video/photo material,

to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities,

to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and

to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.

Upon you registration and payment, you will receive an automatic email with a link to download the course notes. This email goes to the email address you provide during your payment procedure. If you do not receive this email within one hour after a payment, please contact and request the course notes. Hard copies will not be available at the host location.
