Course objectives:
Clinical evaluation of patients with scoliosis, including the use of DNS functional tests to assess individuals with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) and postural asymmetry
Overview of the classification and etiology of AIS, acquired scoliosis, and asymmetry in childhood
Principles of sagittal stabilization in children, adults, and athletes, with emphasis on achieving optimal posture and enhancing sports performance in individuals with scoliosis
Hands-on workshop to refine manual skills for addressing asymmetries of the chest, pelvis, and spine
Therapeutic modifications of DNS developmental positions to promote corrective outcomes
Training in body awareness and postural control is an integral component of rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation strategies specific to scoliosis across different age groups and clinical presentations
Application of advanced variations of Klapp crawling for scoliosis
Video analysis and live demonstrations of patient assessment and treatment
Prague School Registration Fee
MD, DO, PT, DC, OT, ATC who have completed DNS course A.
It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.
The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.
Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
