Course objectives Sports & Fitness Courses

Additionally to standard DNS Exercise objetives special focus will be put on undifferentiated and differentiated movement stereotpyes and DNS flow sequencing.

 

Revise neutral joint position definition, ability to observe joint centration during various movements: throwingin, kicking, running etc.

 

Explore kinesiology content of ipsi and contralateral patterns within sport performance.

 

Practice DNS based exercises in ispi and contralateral patters, discuss benefits of various developmental positions in sports training. Clinical reasoning.

 

Live case presentations: Recognize the key dysfunctional link. Global postural assessment and treatment and training approach.

OPTIONAL TEST

Please note this test is optional – you need not take this test to take other DNS courses. Students who would like to participate in the educational track towards becoming a DNS Certified Exercise Trainers can take this test for an additional fee. After completing a payment you will receive an email confirmation after your eligibility has been verified. This email will contain all necessary instructions to start the online test. We suggest to take the test within 8 weeks of completing the course. Upon successful completion and passing of the test, a Certificate of Achievement will be awarded by Prague School of Rehabilitation and after the Exercise course Part III the final exam can be taken.
