Course objectives:

The DNS Perinatal Manual Course brings the principles of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization from the Prague School of Rehabilitation directly into perinatal care. Over four immersive days, clinicians will learn how developmental kinesiology shapes assessment and treatment of the core, pelvic floor, and respiratory system through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

This hands on course blends lecture, demonstration, and supervised practical work so you leave with skills you can apply in the clinic the very next day. You will learn to evaluate stabilization strategies in perinatal patients, apply manual techniques rooted in DNS principles, and build progressive exercise plans that restore function through the parenthood transition.

What You Will Learn:

DNS Foundations for Perinatal Care

Developmental kinesiology and the integrated stabilizing system applied to the pregnant and postpartum body. Core + Pelvic Floor Assessment

Evaluate intra abdominal pressure regulation, breathing patterns, and pelvic floor function across the perinatal timeline. Manual Treatment Techniques

Hands on manual therapy strategies to address diastasis, pelvic pain, and dysfunctional stabilization patterns. Corrective Exercise Progressions

DNS based positions and progressions to rebuild strength and coordination from early postpartum forward. Birth Preparation Strategies

Movement, positioning, and breath work to prepare patients for labor and support a smoother recovery. Clinical Integration

Case based application so you can confidently fold these tools into your existing practice model.
