Course objectives: Focus on functional sterility and visceral mobilization of pelvic organs

Review of basic DNS principles, anatomy of pelvic floor organs and kinesiology of pelvic floor.

Neutral position of the chest and pelvis.

Physiological function of diaphragm, breathing stereotype.

Manual visceral techniques and self treatment exercises for urinary bladder dysfunction and patients with incontinence, dyspareunia, urinary bladder ptosis, frequent inflammations of urinary tract.

Manual visceral techniques and self treatment exercises for patients with constipation; Levator ani syndrome.

Manual visceral techniques and self treatment exercises for fallopian tubes and ovaries, for patients with vaginismus, vulvodynia and dysmenorrhea.

Physiological function of pelvic floor muscles and reproductive organs.

Functional sterility and neurophysiological consequences.

Introduction to Ludmila Mojzisova work, and related research.

Clinical assessment of posture and basic movement stereotypes.

Active exercises based on Ludmila Mojzisova concept and DNS neurophysiological principles for patients with functional sterility.

DNS based mobilization techniques for spine, ribs and pelvis.

Respirations techniques to activate the intra-abdominal pressure, pelvic floor muscles to mobilize internal organs.

Treatment protocol for patients with functional sterility.

Completion of DNS Women's Part 1 required (no exceptions)

PS Registration Fee: 100 EUR

Prague School registration fee helps

to support DNS scientific activities,

to collect new video/photo material,

to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities,

to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and

to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.

Upon you registration and payment, you will receive an automatic email with a link to download the course notes. This email goes to the email address you provide during your payment procedure. If you do not receive this email within one hour after a payment, please contact info@rehabps.com and request the course notes. Hard copies will not be available at the host location.
