Course objectives

 

The foundational principles of the Alexander Technique (AT) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

How AT & DNS work cooperatively to prevent injury and fatigue, help rehabilitate injury and sub-optimal movement patterns, facilitate optimal movement, coordination, and longevity, and support excellence and creativity.

Demonstrations of Active Exercises and AT to explore optimal movement and breathing.

Tutorial participants will be able to follow along and interact with the instructor

60 minute online tutorial will be available for replay for 3 weeks following the live stream

Prior DNS Coursework is required to attend and access this online zoom tutorial

During DNS courses, participants are not allowed to take videos, photographs, or audio recordings of the course, instructors, participants, or therapeutic demonstrations.
