Course information and objectives

 

This session introduces the basic connections between vision, the nervous system, and motor control. We will look at how visual strain and dysfunction can affect posture, headaches, and daily activities, and review simple ways to screen for problems and start basic training.

Describe the role of vision in everyday motor coordination.

Recognize common signs of visual overload and postural strain.

Understand the concept of visuo-neuro-motor training and its benefits.

Perform simple screening steps for visual and postural issues.

Practice a few basic eye and coordination exercises.

If you cannot make the 60-minute online tutorial live you will be able to watch the replay for 3 weeks following the live stream.

This live interactive demonstration/discussion will be followed by a short question-and-answer session with the Prague School instructor.
