Course Description
This course offers a comprehensive approach to pediatric neurorehabilitation and orthopedics, combining theoretical lectures with practical demonstrations and workshops. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of four topics:
Cerebral palsy, including etiology, assessment, classification, and treatment strategies, with a strong emphasis on kinesiology and functional training.
Muscle tone disturbances, handling strategies in specific cases, and active exercise in various developmental positions.
Special focus is given to feeding and swallowing development, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), defecation problems, and pelvic floor dysfunction in children, supported by patient demonstrations and video analysis.
Orthopedic injuries in children and adolescents, offering both theoretical insights and practical group exercises.
Throughout the program, participants will engage in interactive workshops, case discussions, and patient demonstrations, ensuring the direct application of knowledge into clinical practice.
