Course Description
Early Childhood Hip and Lower Limb Alignment: Practical Assessment and DNS Therapy. A one-day professional seminar introducing the DNS approach to this clinical topic.
Early axis disorders of the lower limb can significantly influence musculoskeletal development and shape movement patterns throughout life. This one-day seminar provides a clear, practical understanding of how to identify deviations early—before they contribute to gait changes, joint overload, or altered pelvic mechanics. Participants will learn how to recognize key clinical signs associated with hip dysplasia, instability, and lower-limb alignment issues in infancy and early childhood.
The course introduces essential DNS principles and explains how neurophysiological and developmental mechanisms influence posture, pelvic stability, and motor maturation. Even participants new to DNS will gain practical strategies to improve assessment and treatment planning. Through live demonstrations or video case analyses, the seminar offers real-life clinical insight and provides tools that can be applied immediately.
Hands-on practice will focus on evaluating symmetry, joint function, and motor control using DNS-informed methods. Participants will leave with a functional, development-based framework for targeted stabilization and effective intervention—enhancing clinical reasoning and improving outcomes for pediatric patients.
