Course objectives:

Basic principles of developmental kinesiology with an emphasis on development during the first year of life

The relationship between development during the first year of life and pathology of the locomotor system in adulthood

Functional relationship of diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles

Assessment of the integrated stabilizing system of the spine utilizing dynamic functional tests with a focus on pelvic floor

Assessment of pelvic floor muscles

Scar examination and soft tissue techniques for, “active scar” treatment using barrier phenomenon according to Lewit

Manual techniques and yoga therapy for relaxation and activation of pelvic floor muscles

Integration of the pelvic floor into global movement patterns

Foot support, hip mobility, stability and pelvic floor muscles relationship

Corrective exercises based on developmental positions and yoga asanas for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary stress incontinence, dysmenorrhea, constipation

Practicing variations of Pranayama for pelvic floor rehabilitation

Prague School Registration Fee

Trainers, coaches, body work therapists, exercise physiologists & kinesiologists who have done DNS A, Exercise 1 or have permission from the organizer

Card payment

PS Registration Fee: 80 EUR

Prague School registration fee helps

to support DNS scientific activities,

to collect new video/photo material,

to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities,

to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and

to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
