OPTIONAL TEST

Please note this test is optional – you need not take this test to take other DNS courses. Students who would like to participate in the educational track towards becoming a certified DNS practitioner (DNSP) can take this test for an additional fee. After completing a payment you will receive an email confirmation after your eligibility has been verified. This email will contain a link to download a file with the test and all necessary instructions. You are expected to return the test to Prague School DNS instructor within 8 weeks of completing the course. Upon successful completion and passing of the test, a Certificate of Achievement will be awarded by Prague School of Rehabilitation.
