The strength and movement summit is designed as an active, participatory workshop. Attendees will be engaged in movement activities that link DNS exercise concepts and principles to the specific craft of strength and movement instructors. The DNS Strength and Movement Workshop will provide a deeper dive into the application of DNS concepts and principles and allow experienced DNS practitioners to explore and enhance their knowledge base and skill sets.

Course objectives:

Review and workshop DNS fundamental Movement and Strength concepts

Discuss and demonstrate the basis of human movement: biomechanics of motor function, the verticalization process & functional joint centration in postural development.

Progress to developmental flow sequencing in a group setting.

Integrate DNS concepts and principles utilizing the kettlebell, movement flow and workout progressions within the workshop setting.

Course Goals:

Attendees will understand the Value of a “DNS first” approach to movement training. 

Attendees will practice multiple disciplines and explore DNS application.

Attendees will understand how to develop a training routine from the DNS perspective.

Attendees will be able to cue DNS positions and transitions within multiple movement modalities.

PS Registration Fee: 80 EUR

Prague School registration fee helps

to support DNS scientific activities,

to collect new video/photo material,

to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities,

to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and

to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
