Course objectives:
In this workshop we will be reviewing yoga workshop for woman’s health, hip mobility and stability.
Awareness of the foot. Self treatment techniques for foot dysfunction.
Functional foot centration from developmental perspective.
Foot support and sensori-motor stimulation during yoga asanas.
Functional connection of foot support and pelvic floor activation.
Asanas for hip mobility and stability to activate or relax musles of pelvic floor.
Asanas for reproductive organs health.
Practicing variations of pranayama for better blood flow and movement of pelvic organs.
