Course objectives Sports & Fitness Courses
Additional Running Specific Course Objectives:
Review of the common biomechanical dysfunctional patterns and the clinical and injury presentations of the running athlete
Review of running unique biomechanical loads particularly in the lower limb and the integrated use of a functional neuro-orthopeadic screening protocol and DNS tests to identify specific inefficiencies of the integrated stabilizing system
Active exercises based on developmental positions and how they relate to running unique biomechanical loads and movement patterns: modifications to train the basic sport movements of running
Active exercise prescription based on developmental positions –Putting together a flow sequence of DNS active exercises specific for preparing the running athlete for his/her task including prehabilitation, warmup, competition and restoration

Prague School registration fee helps to support DNS scientific activities, to collect new video/photo material, to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities, to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and to present the DNS concept online. |
It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.
The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.
Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
Upon you registration and payment, you will receive an automatic email with a link to download the course notes. This email goes to the email address you provide during your payment procedure. If you do not receive this email within one hour after a payment, please contact info@rehabps.com and request the course notes. Hard copies will not be available at the host location.
