Course objectives:
Improve attendee’s acumen for gait analysis.
Review the different phases of the gait cycle.
Review pertinent developmental kinesiology to the gait cycle.
Provide a detailed explanation of muscle kinematics of the foot and how it relates to stability, function and centration.
Learn to utilize gait analysis as the doorway into the overall function of the patient. Attendees of this course should expect to be able to identify proper functional tests to verify observational findings in the gait cycle.
Specific developmental exercises to address common functional and structural pathology affecting the gait cycle.
Review postural stabilization and the roll the diaphragm and respiration play in this essential attribute of function.
Overview of common pathology associated with the gait cycle.

Prague School registration fee helps to support DNS scientific activities, to collect new video/photo material, to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities, to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and to present the DNS concept online. |
It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.
The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.
Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
