Course objectives:
Basic principles of developmental kinesiology with an emphasis on development during the first year of life
The relationship between development during the first year of life and pathology of the locomotor system in adulthood
Assessment of the integrated stabilizing system of the spine utilizing dynamic functional tests with a focus on pelvic floor
Soft tissue & visceral techniques, “active scar” treatment using barrier phenomenon according to Lewit
Relaxation techniques + self treatment techniques for pelvic region
Corrective exercises based on the DNS functional tests and developmental positions for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction as Functional sterility, Urinary stress incontinence, Dysmenorrhea, Non specific pelvic pain, Constipation
Corrective exercises based on yoga asanas for patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions, for pregnancy, labor and fourth trimester
Explore feet support and pelvic floor function relationships
Isolated movement patterns of the hip in unloaded/loaded positions
Pranayama-Role of the lower abdominal wall
Practicing variations of Pranayama and its rehabilitation application
Introduction to meditation

Prague School registration fee helps to support DNS scientific activities, to collect new video/photo material, to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities, to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and to present the DNS concept online. |
It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.
The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.
Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
