Course Objectives:

DNS Movement Flow/Prep - Utilizing the developmental uprighting sequence for movement preparation and integration into your training/sport. We will be featuring the DNS "Czech Get-Up" - Applying load to the developmental sequencing positions in order to facilitate the utilization of the Integrated Stabilizing System of the Spine - Using the Kettlebell and other forms of load.

The DNS Movement Skills courses target strength coaches, personal trainers and clinical professionals working with an active population and looking to utilize DNS Movement Flow sequencing and loading of the developmental sequence while training and/or treating. Improve your understanding of DNS and its application!

Prior DNS Course work is required for this course (DNS Exercise 1, DNS A) due to the focus on integration and application in order to help the DNS practitioner move towards mastery of applying the concepts and principles of DNS.
