Course objectives Sports & Fitness Courses

-    Utilizing DNS to prepare the athlete for optimal movement efficiency:

Combination of movement and manual techniques to prepare the following areas as we integrate the global patterns:

-    Foot (Toe Threading, Tripod/standing push off)
-    Hip (Counter rotation hip and head with arm differentiation, side lying posterior reach) 
-    Thoracic Spine (Head in hands, Komodo dragon, facial release of the thoracic cage, etc.)

Breathing Exercises: Belts, bands

Review of Sagittal Stabilization - Workshopping 

Developmental Sequence: 
-    Individual Active Exercises/Developmental positions - (Prone and Supine) 

-     Work on the Transitions (quality of) during the Sequencing of the different positions. 

-    Use of Bands, medicine ball and other devices in order to facilitate deep stabilization. 
-    Putting it all into a DNS Movement Sequence
-    Starting from “Ipsilateral” - Supine
-    Starting from “Contralateral” - Prone

Take the class through random sequences focusing on variability of movement.

-    “Czech Get Up”
-    Each position individually - no weight
-    Transitioning through the whole sequence
-    Each position with weight for those who are ready

PS Registration Fee: 80 EUR

Prague School registration fee helps

to support DNS scientific activities,

to collect new video/photo material,

to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities,

to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and

to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.

Upon you registration and payment, you will receive an automatic email with a link to download the course notes. This email goes to the email address you provide during your payment procedure. If you do not receive this email within one hour after a payment, please contact info@rehabps.com and request the course notes. Hard copies will not be available at the host location.
