Course objectives Sports & Fitness Courses

The standard Exercise I objectives, but with an attention to details relevant to movement specialists.

DNS ontogenetic flow (fluid sequencing of developmental postures) will be introduced which is beneficial for daily practice, warm up for activity, and for teaching DNS in a class setting.

Neuro-motor relaxation techniques (cortical retraining) will be introduced.  This techniques assist in preventing bracing and rigidity and improving relaxation of muscles so that it is much easier to correct faulty motor patterns.
