Course objectives:

Developmental aspects & foot formation, influence of the CNS function on lower extremity joints & structural maturation.

Foot biomechanics from the developmental perspective; sagittal stabilization, supporting function, stepping forward motion, foot function during gait cycle – relation to hip and thoracic spine motion.

Foot and ankle functional evaluation from developmental perspective.

Functional foot, knee and hip centration from the developmental perspective.

Typical chain reactions and types of musculoskeletal dysfunction resulting from foot, knee and hip dysfunction.

Common knee sports injuries – jumper‘ knee, knee instability following injury – LCA rupture and rehabilitation after LCA repair,  ITB syndrom.

Hip - Femoroacetabular impingement, groin pain, trochanteric pain.

DNS active exercise positions to centrate foot, knee and hip and to coordinate muscles in pelvic girdle and lower extremity region.

Self treatment techniques for LE dysfunction.

PS Registration Fee: 80 EUR

Prague School registration fee helps

to support DNS scientific activities,

to collect new video/photo material,

to develop the DNS handouts and publishing activities,

to present the DNS system at the scientific congresses, and

to present the DNS concept online.

It is not a payment for the course. Please contact the local organizer to secure your enrollment in the course and make sure that the course is not full, prior to paying Prague School registration fee. Once your PS fee is completed, your registration will automatically be sent to the course organizer. After that, payment of course fees can be made with the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of licensure.

The Prague School registration fee is non-refundable.

Without your online registration and PS fee payment you will not be permitted to attend any DNS course nor will you receive the Prague School Certificate of Attendance; thus you cannot take the DNS test and you will not be allowed to register for later advanced courses.
